Steve Miller is a founder and president of Millwood, Inc., a provider of new, used and reconditioned pallets, industrial packaging equipment and consumables.
What started as a single pallet plant in 1985 has expanded today to over 30 facilities and 1,600 team members. In keeping with the mission of Steve and his co-founder Chip Trebilcock, a chaplain is available at every facility to support team members in their professional, spiritual and personal needs.
As a volunteer and board member for EQUIP, Miller has traveled the world training leaders in Biblical leadership principles. He also sits on boards for New Covenant World Missions, Sports World Ministry, Turnaround Community Outreach and Faith Family Church. Steve and his wife, Julie, live in Canton, Ohio with their three sons.
